Prevention, Rehabilitation and Research Officer
Pneumoconiosis Compensation Fund Board (the “Board”) is a statutory body operated under the Pneumoconiosis and Mesothelioma (Compensation) Ordinance to collect levy and to make compensation to eligible patients. The Board is inviting high caliber candidates for below posts:
Prevention, Rehabilitation and Research Officer
(Starting Monthly Salary $36,850)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and executing various programs, projects and sponsorships applications relating to prevention, rehabilitation and research functions of the Board and follow up applications closely with applicants.
- Monitor funded project progress and submitted financial reports for releasing of applied fund.
- Execute Secretariat’s works including but not limited to preparation, liaison and post meeting follow up for meetings, handle administrative work and enquiries and manipulate data collected of various activities for generating reports for management’s information.
- Outreach for educational, promotional and public relations work.
- Assist in planning and execution of existing and new projects.
- Support and execute integrated promotion and corporate communication strategies, veteran of using social media and electronic platform to promote projects of the Board.
- Other jobs as assigned by the Supervisors, Secretary General, Executive Director, the Committees and the Board.
Requirements:
- Degree holder or above.
- 5 years of relevant experience in funded project management, event management, digital / online marketing and promotion, communications.
- Proficient in using computer software (MS Office), multimedia production (graphic design, short clips production) and social media application.
- Strong communication skills and good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Strong interpersonal and organising skills, creative, presentable, dynamic, independent and able to handle multiple tasks under tight deadline schedules.
