Over the years, the Pneumoconiosis Compensation Fund Board (the Board) has remained steadfast in its mission to offer a wide range of compensations to patients with pneumoconiosis and/or mesothelioma, providing rehabilitation care to the patients for enhancing their physical condition, and, developing and implementing preventive measures for striving to minimize the occurrence of these diseases among the workforce in the construction and quarry industries.

The Board is proud to host the “Smart Dust Control – Pneumoconiosis Prevention Conference” on Thursday, 19 November 2026. This landmark event will bring together leading local and international occupational health experts, academics, and industry leaders to explore cutting-edge advances in occupational health management and innovative dust control technologies. Serving as a collaborative platform, the conference will share forward-thinking strategies and best practices, aiming to accelerate dust reduction across workplaces and build a safer, healthier future for the industry.
